Job summary

Shavish Group seeks an IT Operations & Security leader to oversee enterprise systems, CCTV, website platforms and the infrastructure that supports daily business in Talegaon Dhamdhere.

You will act as Information Security Officer, lead the IT and Cybersecurity teams, manage SAP and business applications, and drive continuous improvement through vendor management, disaster recovery planning, and user training.

Qualifications

• SAP knowledge to support all modules.
• Domain knowledge of Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of Network and Security.
• Inventory and costing knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of handling monthly and yearly activities in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support activities and manage enterprise systems, CCTV, websites, and infrastructure.
• Act as Information Security Officer, conducting risk assessments and compliance testing.
• Lead IT and Cybersecurity teams, driving performance and development.
• Analyze IT needs, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure seamless network integration and secure connectivity.
• Manage IT vendors with cost-benefit analyses.
• Provide training and support to employees on software/hardware.
• Support SAP operations and other business applications.
• Gather end-user requirements and implement solutions with internal or external partners.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and data backups.

Role & responsibilities

• IT Operations & Systems Management
  Oversee all IT support activities, ensuring the effective management and performance of systems including enterprise applications, CCTV, website platforms, and infrastructure supporting business operations.
• Information Security & Risk Management
  Act as Information Security Officer, conducting risk assessments, compliance testing, and implementing security tools and processes to safeguard company data and systems.
• IT Team Leadership & Performance Management
  Lead and monitor the IT and Cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, performance standards, and continuous development of team capabilities.
• IT Strategy, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  Analyse organisational IT needs, identify system vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and data accuracy. Continuously evaluate technologies, processes, and vendors to drive improvement.
• Network Infrastructure & System Integration
  Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of network components, maintaining reliable and secure connectivity across the organisation.
• Vendor Management & Cost Optimization
  Manage relationships with IT vendors, monitoring service quality and performance. Conduct costbenefit analyses for system upgrades and investments to ensure value and efficiency.
• User Support, Training & Change Management
  Provide technical support and training to employees on software and hardware usage, ensuring effective adoption and resolution of user issues.
• Business Systems Support (SAP & Applications)
  Support SAP operations and other business applications, assisting users, training new employees, and coordinating enhancements based on business requirements.
• Requirements Management & Solution Implementation
  Gather and analyse end-user requirements, implementing solutions internally or through external vendors to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Disaster Recovery & Data Protection
  Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, ensuring regular data backups and readiness to restore operations in case of system failures.

IT-Business Alignment & Enablement

Ensure IT systems and solutions are aligned with business objectives, supporting operational efficiency and enabling continuous business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP Knolwedge to support to all Modules
• Domain knowledge of Manufacturing Industry

Knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
