Job summary

• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and information security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations including helpdesk SLAs, incident/change management, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage infrastructure such as AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, virtualization, and networking.
• Lead information security tasks: endpoint protection, encryption, patching, and DR drills.
• Administer access controls including RBAC, MFA/SSO, and periodic access reviews.
• Support audits and maintain evidence, vendor governance, and asset inventories.

Are you a hands-on IT professional with expertise in IT operations, infrastructure management, and information security?

We're looking for a versatile IT professional who can manage day-to-day IT operations, strengthen security controls, support compliance audits, and ensure reliable IT infrastructure. Candidates with experience limited to a single specialized IT domain may not be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations

• Manage IT helpdesk, SLAs, incident and change management, escalations, and user onboarding/offboarding.

Infrastructure Management

• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, virtualization, networking, backups, and disaster recovery drills.

Information Security

• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, email security, MDM, DLP, encryption, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response.

Access Control

• Manage user access lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), MFA/SSO, privileged access, and periodic access reviews.

Audit & Compliance

• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and client security audits.
• Provide audit evidence, respond to auditor queries, and ensure closure of IT-related findings.
• Maintain hardware, software, and license inventories.
• Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, renewals, SLAs, procurement, and IT budgeting support.

Required Technical Skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and working Linux knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, with exposure to Azure or AWS.
• Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Security tools such as EDR/antivirus, MDM, DLP, patch management, and encryption.
• Backup and restore testing, disaster recovery, and VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
• ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine.
• Strong documentation skills for policies, SOPs, registers, and audit evidence.

Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Azure/Security certifications, CCNA, ITIL v4, or CEH are valued.
• Knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability scanners, GRC platforms, and PowerShell/Python scripting is an added advantage.
