Job summary

Digi Pro in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations, security, and infrastructure across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring seamless IT service delivery, driving information security compliance, and leading the IT team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT infrastructure/security, with hands-on experience in SOC2/ISO audits, network security, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT Infrastructure or Security.
• Proven experience in managing IT operations and security governance.
• Experience across multiple locations with incident escalation and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across locations and shifts
• Act as escalation point for all critical incidents and outages

• Own Information Security, SOC compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage network security including firewalls, VPN, and endpoint protection
