Overview
We are looking for an IT Security & Network Engineer with 35 years of experience to manage our office network, end-user devices, endpoint security, Google Workspace, user access, and IT vendors.
The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while maintaining strong security, compliance, and access controls across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain office routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, VLANs, and ISP connectivity.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IT assets.
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, Windows, macOS, Linux, and software-related issues.
- Manage MDM, Antivirus/EDR, device policies, patching, encryption, and endpoint security.
- Administer Google Workspace, including users, groups, OUs, shared drives, licenses, and security policies.
- Manage user access and the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) process in coordination with HR.
- Configure and manage SSO, MFA, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security controls.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, hardware providers, MDM/Antivirus vendors, and AMC partners.
- Maintain IT asset records, network documentation, warranties, licenses, and vendor records.
- Support ISO 27001, RBI-related IT audits, vulnerability assessments, VAPT, and security compliance.
- Monitor security logs and act as the first responder for IT security incidents.
- Maintain appropriate backups and conduct periodic restore tests.
- Ensure IT infrastructure and configuration changes are properly documented and approved.
What We Are Looking For
- 35 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, IT Operations, Infrastructure, or IT Security.
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi.
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration.
- Experience with an MDM solution such as Scalefusion, JumpCloud, or similar.
- Experience managing Antivirus/EDR solutions such as Sophos, CrowdStrike, or similar.
- Good understanding of Windows and macOS installation, imaging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing IT assets and ticketing/helpdesk systems.
- Strong vendor coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, fintech, or regulated environments will be preferred.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, VAPT, vulnerability management, SSO, and IT audits will be an added advantage.
