Job summary

SISA in Delhi, India is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Operations professional who can independently manage and audit the organization’s end-to-end IT infrastructure, including networking, security, cloud, backup/DR and ITSM.

You will handle Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VMware/Hyper-V, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), SIEM/EDR/DLP/MDM, and implement ITIL/ITSM processes while driving compliance, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT infrastructure experience across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience auditing and managing Windows and Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, backups.
• Proficient in network security, VPNs, load balancers, switches, routers.
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes and SLAs.
• Vendor management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit Windows and Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and backups.
• Administer LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Manage VMware/Hyper-V and enterprise virtualization environments.
• Administer cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Monitor and audit SIEM, EDR, DLP, and MDM solutions.
• Handle infrastructure incidents, RCA, change and problem management.
• Manage BCP/DR, backups, DR drills, and RTO/RPO recovery activities.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM processes and manage infrastructure SLAs.
• Support vulnerability remediation, audits and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors and infrastructure partners.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, asset inventory, and diagrams.
• Explore AI/automation opportunities for IT Operations.

• Manage & audit VMware/Hyper‑V and enterprise virtualization environments.
• Administer/support/audit Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Monitor, Manage and audit SIEM, EDR, DLP and MDM solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge on infrastructure incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, change management and problem management.
