• Lead and manage B2B international sales operations to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and generate orders through follow-up and customer engagement.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, samples, and ensure timely order execution, payment collection, and cash inflow.
• Coordinate with quality, production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure customer specifications, sample approvals, certifications, export documentation, and timely shipments.
• Represent the organization at international exhibitions and trade fairs, follow up on leads, and reduce lead response time.

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, samples, and ensure timely order execution, payment collection, and cash inflow.
• Coordinate with quality, production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure customer specifications, sample approvals, certifications, export documentation, and timely shipments.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and recommend strategies to improve market penetration, product visibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, post-sales support, periodic price revisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the organization at international exhibitions and trade fairs, follow up on leads, and reduce lead response time.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly international sales reports for management review.
• Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate the sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs, professional development, and high-performance standards while supporting business continuity and cost optimization.
