• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRMS, HR inputs, management, employment records, statistics, competitor’s practices, and other sources.
• Workforce analysis and present on the consequences, coordinate with internal team.
• Create and formulize multiple HR/recruitment dashboard and performance analysis
• Build uniform reports and dashboard to create multiple intervention
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, and turnover.
• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings.
• Prepare HR/recruitment and teams report, identify grey area and plan of action.
• Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and improvement suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
