Me N Moms Pvt. Ltd. seeks Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations in Mumbai to lead end-to-end recruiting (80%) and support HR operations (20%).

You will partner with stakeholders, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate schedules, and manage offers within approved salary bands. You will aid onboarding, maintain HRIS records, assist in confirmations and lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, and generate HR reports.

Qualifications

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates; manage offers.

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities (80% of the role) while supporting key HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (20%). The role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, process orientation, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure timely interview feedback and candidate communication.
• Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures.
• Generate offer letters and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring priorities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives when required.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and present hiring reports to management.

HR Operations (20%)

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Coordinate documentation and employee file management.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Assist in confirmation, probation, and employee lifecycle processes.
