Job Overview

As an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business objectives with employees and management across the organization. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our HR department and business management. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Role & responsibilities:
