Job summary

upGrad Rekrut is hiring an experienced HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive key people initiatives. You will lead Performance Management Systems (PMS), oversee HR compliance, coordinate L&D programs, manage recruitment, and streamline HR processes using HRMS platforms.

The ideal candidate has 7–8 years of core HR experience in FMCG, healthcare, or related sectors, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a 5-day on-site role in Mumbai.

We are hiring for one of our clients, a new hydration drink brand!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional with 7 to 8 years of core experience to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive key people initiatives. In this role, you will lead Performance Management Systems (PMS), oversee HR compliance, coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs, manage recruitment, and streamline HR processes using HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between management and employees to foster high engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

Experience

7 –8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.

Experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR reporting tools.

Other Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and travel occasionally, if required.
