Job summary

Godrej Properties in Mumbai seeks an Engagement & HR Programs Lead to own employee engagement initiatives end to end, plan the engagement calendar, and partner with HRBPs across locations to drive participation.

You will turn engagement data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and report outcomes to HR leadership on a regular cadence to enable leadership action.

• Own engagement initiatives end to end: plan & execute, and close out programs across the engagement calendar, including culture and employee connect initiatives.
• Turn engagement data into decisions: run survey and pulse reporting, build dashboards, and translate results into insights and action plans leadership can act on.
• Project-manage the engagement calendar: Timelines and cross-functional dependencies, delivering multiple initiatives in parallel without dropping quality.
• Partner with HRBPs and business teams to land initiatives across locations and drive participation.
• Measure and report impact: Define success upfront, track it, and present outcomes to HR leadership on a regular cadence.
