Job summary

WNS Holdings in Thane, Maharashtra seeks a proactive Program Coordinator to drive end-to-end coordination, administration and execution of complex initiatives.

You will manage planning, scheduling, governance, dashboards, MIS, analytics, and stakeholder communication, crafting insights and review decks for leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• End to end Program coordination, administration and execution - including program planning, scheduling, administering, reporting and governance - Devise and follow the processes and also suggest improvements
• Manage Project communication, MIS/Data management, dashboarding etc
• Program metric tracking and analytics
• Frontend and partake end responsibility in the project deliverables when lesioning with all COEs
• Manage and extract both actionable and non-actionable insights from employee base and Business units
• Secondary research & tertiary research
• Vendor relations & vendor management
• Templatize and structure the project insights for capturing and representing
• Governance & Reporting
• Stay updated on the digital trends and technologies
• Create the design and content of review decks and dashboards and communication emails for project updates as well as progress
• Content curation on the Org LXP
