Vigo International is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Manager to streamline day-to-day order operations across our D2C site and leading marketplaces. You will oversee orders, inventory, marketplace operations, and fulfilment, working with design, warehouse, customer care, and management teams to ensure timely processing.

The ideal candidate has a fashion/apparel background, strong operational understanding, and experience managing orders, inventory, and marketplace performance.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably fashion/apparel.
• Strong understanding of fashion products, SKUs, sizes, colours, variants, inventory, and fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplace portals (AJIO, Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with operational data.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion/e-commerce environment.
• High attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Good communication across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete order lifecycle across the company website and marketplaces.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, RTOs, and refunds.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Ensure orders are packed and shipped within defined timelines and marketplace SLAs.
• Manage marketplace dashboards including order status, inventory, returns, penalties, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and marketplaces and identify stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate product uploads, SKU mapping, size/colour variants, pricing, and catalogue updates.
• Track marketplace issues and coordinate with platform account managers/support teams for resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, sales, returns, cancellations, RTOs, inventory, and fulfilment performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Coordinate with customer care regarding order issues and escalations.
• Ensure marketplace requirements, documentation, packaging guidelines, and SOPs are followed.
• Support onboarding and operational management of new marketplaces and sales channels.

The ideal candidate will have a fashion/apparel background, strong operational understanding, and experience managing orders, inventory, marketplace operations, and fulfilment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle across the company website and marketplaces such as AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, etc.
• Monitor incoming orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, RTOs, and refunds.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for order processing and dispatch.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of fashion products, SKUs, sizes, colours, variants, inventory, and fulfilment.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and marketplace portals such as AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with operational data.

Preferred

• Experience working with D2C fashion brands or fashion retailers.
• Experience with marketplace seller panels and order management systems.
• Understanding of RTO, NDR, returns, marketplace penalties and SLA management.
• Experience handling multiple brands or sales channels will be an advantage.
