Job summary

SV Management Consultants is seeking a Manager AV & ELV Lighting to oversee operation and maintenance of all ELV/AV and lighting systems across indoor and outdoor facilities in Pune district. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, RCA, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable, safe operations.

You will manage asset records, supervise contractors, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate AMC/support contracts while optimizing manpower and resources for efficient facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in AV systems maintenance, lighting management, or facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of ELV/AV equipment, lighting systems, projectors, and control systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and RCA processes.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, contractor supervision, and AMC coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of all ELV & AV and lighting systems (indoor and outdoor), ensuring reliability and safety.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules as per PM calendar.
• Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns, maintaining proper records of assets, spares, and RMAs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and import substitution to ensure cost-effective and uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house technicians for ELV & AV and lighting services.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failures and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare MIS and Management reports and oversee vendor deliverables for AMC/Support contracts.
• Maintaining history cards of all employees.
