Job summary

DMart in Maharashtra seeks a seasoned asset management professional to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of retail assets such as DG, AC, lifts, chillers, freezers, weighing machines, UPS and EPABX systems. You will ensure data integrity, monitoring, and cost control across the asset base.

You will coordinate AMC contracts, manage vendors, schedule preventive maintenance, and perform compliance checks, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in retail asset management, facilities maintenance, or

Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail assets like- DG, AC, Lift, Chiller, Freezer, Weighing machines, UPS, Inverter, EPABX system, Note counting machine, etc.

• 1. Asset Data Management & SAP Governance
• 2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & Vendor Management
• 3. Preventive Maintenance Scheduling (PMS) & Compliance
• 4. Financial Tracking & Billing Audits
