Job summary

ITC Infotech Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance professional for the management and upkeep of commercial office facilities. You will oversee electro-mechanical systems, perform RCA analyses, and drive preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing spares, and ensuring safety compliance. 4–8 years of OM experience in corporate offices or tech parks preferred; diploma BE/B.E.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems as listed (LT panels, UPS, PCCs, DBs, Fire Alarm, HVAC).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating with contractors/OEMs.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Strong documentation and compliance with safety standards (LOTO, permit-to-work).

Job Description

An experienced OM professional specializing in the maintenance and operations of commercial office spaces. Responsibilities Operations Technical Management

• 1. Hands on exp in maintaining electro-mechanical systems, including LT panels, UPS, PCCs, DBs, Fire Alarm systems, and HVAC low-side equipment etc.,
• 2. Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis RCA for electrical and mechanical failures to prevent recurrence.
• 3. Coordinate with contractors and OEM vendors for technical support, AMC management, and warranty claims.
• 4. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifecycles.
• 5. Track asset performance, analyse operational efficiency, and implement optimization strategies.
• 6. Manage the spare parts inventory, track consumption, and raise procurement requests for critical spares.
• 7. Safely coordinate facility shutdowns, source switching operations, and load management.

Documentation, Compliance Safety

• 1. Implementing workplace safety protocols, including Lockout-Tagout LOTO procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• 2. Ensure all operations strictly align with local norms, electrical inspectorate guidelines, and OEM mandates.
• 3. Maintain up-to-date electrical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, daily facility logbooks, and maintenance checklists.
• 4. Support in internal, external, safety, and energy audits.
• 5. Prepare Operations Maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Diploma BE, BE Tech -Electrical/ Mechanical.
• 2. Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on OM experience specifically within commercial corporate offices or tech parks.
• 3. Strong capability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics, single-line diagrams SLDs, and technical manuals.
• 4. Vendor management, communication, and team coordination capabilities.
