Job summary

2coms in India is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager– Fabric PPC with 5–15 years of expertise in Fabric Process Planning, especially Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics. A background in a Shirting/textile company is mandatory and will be advantageous for cross-functional collaboration.

You will prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans, coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales and Production to ensure timely delivery; monitor OTIF performance and conduct Plan

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Fabric Process Planning / PPC.
• Hands-on experience with Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics.
• Experience in a Shirting company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, OTIF Reports, and Plan vs. Actual Analysis.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• SAP HANA knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans based on delivery schedules and product mix.
• Coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and improve OTIF performance and reduce Process House/Warehouse TAT.
• Prepare Plan vs. Actual, OTIF, order status, and delay analysis reports.
• Reconcile Process House and Warehouse POs and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate pre-shipment samples and daily packing plans as per sales requirements.
