• Support fabric process discipline and provide improvement suggestions.

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, will be responsible for analyzing fabric needs, communicate recommendations to Design and cross functional partners for leveraging qualities across divisions and ensure on time garment deliveries.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities

• Initiate and track all developments
• Ensuring allocation, MRN and on time delivery
• Partner with Design Team and Vendors and ensuring approvals are in place in a timely manner
• Responsible for cost negotiation
• Monitor and track Strike Offs / Lab dips
• Support fabric process discipline throughout and provide suggestions for improvements
• Track all components of fabric like strike off/lab dips etc

People Management Responsibilities

• Handle all grievances, approvals etc of direct reportees
• Manage all people development initiatives for direct reportees
