Job summary

Shahi Group in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Manager PPC to lead production planning and ensure timely execution of garment orders. You will oversee end-to-end planning, capacity loading and line balancing, coordinating with merchandising, IE, quality and production teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in PPC or production planning within apparel manufacturing, with strong ERP/MIS and MS Excel skills and a proven track record of on-time delivery and efficient capacity

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in PPC or production planning.
• Industry experience in apparel/garment manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, line loading and order execution.
• Excellent analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate in Apparel/Textile/Garment Technology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end production planning and control for garment manufacturing.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order requirements and factory capacity.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and take corrective actions.
• Manage capacity planning, line loading, line balancing and production schedules.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, Fabric, Trims and other functions for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and production inputs.
• Monitor WIP, production efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective recovery plans.
• Prepare and maintain PPC MIS and production reports.
• Drive improvements in productivity, capacity utilization and on-time delivery.
• Lead and guide the PPC team to achieve production and shipment targets.
