Job summary

Shahi is seeking an experienced Manager PPC to oversee end-to-end production planning for garment orders, ensuring timely execution and optimal capacity utilization.

The role requires 7–12 years in PPC within apparel manufacturing, strong ERP/MIS and MS Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across merchandising, production, IE, quality, and fabrics.

You will lead a PPC team, drive productivity, monitor WIP and on-time delivery, and deliver PPC MIS reports.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning.
• Apparel / Garment manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, line loading, and order execution.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
• Experience handling multiple production lines/factories will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP/MIS and MS Excel.

Responsibilities
