The role involves preparing daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans, coordinating with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales and Production to ensure on-time delivery, monitoring OTIF, and producing plan vs actual reports; SAP HANA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fabric PPC and production planning.
• Hands-on with Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics.
• Shirting industry experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of OTIF and Plan vs Actual analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans based on delivery schedules and product mix.
• Coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor OTIF performance and reduce TAT.
• Prepare Plan vs Actual, OTIF, order status, and delay reports.
• Reconcile Process House and Warehouse POs and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate pre-shipment samples and daily packing plans as per sales requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager– Fabric PPC with strong expertise in Fabric Process Planning, specifically for Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics. Candidates must have experience working in a Shirting/Textile company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans based on delivery schedules and product mix.
  
• Coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Monitor and improve OTIF performance and reduce Process House/Warehouse TAT.
  
• Prepare Plan vs. Actual, OTIF, order status, and delay analysis reports.
  
• Reconcile Process House and Warehouse POs and maintain required documentation.
  
• Coordinate pre-shipment samples and daily packing plans as per sales requirements.
