Job summary

Relaxo is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager PPC to lead production planning, scheduling, and control at our Bahadurgarh plant in Haryana. The role focuses on timely production, optimal resource usage, and strong cross-functional coordination across departments to meet delivery commitments.

We require 8–12 years of PPC experience, BE/B.Tech or related engineering qualification, and proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or diploma in Footwear Technology or related engineering discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in production planning & control.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, planning, scheduling and inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MIS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and take corrective actions.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Monitor material availability and resolve production planning constraints.
• Prepare and maintain PPC MIS, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Manage production scheduling as per business requirements and delivery commitments.
• Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
• Support capacity planning, inventory optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to PPC processes, timelines, and production schedules.
