Welspun Corp Ltd in Anjar, Gandhidham, Gujarat, is seeking a Learning & Development professional (5–9 years) to lead training for 3,000+ employees at our Anjar manufacturing facility. A BE/B.Tech with manufacturing L&D experience is required.

The role involves TNI/TNA, competency mapping, ISO training compliance, and development of calendars and programs across operators and staff. You will partner with plant leadership to foster a high-performance learning culture.

Qualificações

• BE/B.Tech in engineering (mandatory) with 5–9 years of L&D in manufacturing environments.
• Experience training both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
• Exposure to large employee populations (2,000+ preferred).
• Hands-on with ISO training requirements and audits (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Identify Training Needs (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions.
• Design, implement, and monitor annual training calendars and capability development programs.
• Manage training for operators, engineers, supervisors, and staff employees.
• Lead competency mapping, skill gap assessments, and succession-focused development initiatives.
• Ensure ISO training compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain training records, LMS data, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Support induction, onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Partner with plant leadership and functional heads to build a high-performance learning culture.

Learning & Development (L&D) Professional | Anjar, Gandhidham, Gujarat

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development professional (5-9 years) to lead training initiatives for a large workforce of 3,000+ white-collar and blue-collar employees at our Anjar, Gandhidham manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background (B.E./B.Tech) and proven expertise in manufacturing workforce capability building.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and drive Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA) across functions.
• Design, implement, and monitor annual training calendars and capability development programs.
• Manage training for operators, engineers, supervisors, and staff employees.
• Lead competency mapping, skill gap assessments, and succession-focused development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO training requirements and audit preparedness.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain training records, LMS data, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Support induction, onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.

What We're Looking For

B.E./B.Tech Fulltime degree (Mandatory)
5-9 years of L&D experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce training
Exposure to large employee populations (2,000+ preferred)
Strong expertise in TNI, TNA, Competency Mapping, and Learning Interventions
Hands‑on experience with ISO audits and training compliance (Mandatory)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in Steel, Pipes, Metals, Engineering, Cement, Chemicals, Energy, Automotive, or Heavy Manufacturing industries preferred
