Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead LMS administration, design learning paths and roll out development programmes. You will collaborate with leaders to align initiatives with business goals and produce dashboards tracking learning impact.

Expected to travel 3–4 days monthly to Tier3/4 cities, driving competency mapping, talent reviews and 360-feedback processes within a multinational, growth‑focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 6 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably multinational.
  • Hands-on LMS and SCORM-based content experience.
  • Strong reporting, dashboards, and learning metrics skills.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the LMS including enrolments and compliance tracking.
  • Configure learning paths, user access, and platform operations.
  • Roll out and execute learning programmes across the organisation.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and identify capability gaps.
  • Track learning budgets, vendor contracts and programme quality.
  • Build dashboards to measure learning impact and engagement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, facilitators and vendors for delivery.
  • Travel to Tier3/4 cities 3-4 days per month.

Job Description
  • Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, compliance tracking, and user support.
  • Configure learning paths, user access, and platform operations to ensure seamless learning delivery.
  • Support the rollout and execution of learning and development programmes across the organisation.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organisational objectives.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, analytics, and reporting.
  • Maintain training records, learning calendars, and programme documentation.
  • Build dashboards and generate insights to measure learning impact and engagement.
  • Support competency mapping, talent review cycles, and 360-degree feedback processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Track learning budgets and vendor contracts while maintaining quality standards.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence learning-related decisions across the business
  • Travel to Tier3/4 cities (3-4 days in a month)
The Successful Applicant
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant Learning & Development experience, preferably within a reputed multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and SCORM-based learning content.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in reporting, dashboards, and learning metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exposure to competency frameworks, talent development, and succession-related initiatives.
  • High attention to detail, strong judgment, adaptability, and ownership mindset.
  • Certification in Learning & Development or instructional design experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel 3 to 4 days per month as required.
