Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across GCC BPS and ITTech teams to identify AI and digital skill gaps.
Develop and implement AI and tech capability-building programs focusing on applied AI, automation, and productivity tools for BPS/ITTech teams.
Design advanced technical AI/ML training programs for ITTech teams covering AI for developers and RAG-based solutions.
Create and deliver programs enabling digital transformation and AI adoption at scale.

An experienced AI/ML and Emerging Technologies Trainer responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end AI skilling programs for both business and technical teams, while driving enterprise-wide capability building across the organization.

We are hiring an experienced AI / ML & Emerging Tech Trainer to build AI and technology capability for Welspun GCC — across both our BPS teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations. and our IT / Tech teams — and to scale AI skilling across the wider Welspun Group through a central Learning Shared Service model.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can teach, design, and drive programs end-to-end, and who can adjust depth for different audiences — practical AI and automation for business teams, and deeper technical AI/ML for engineering teams. Based in Hyderabad.

Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Identification TNI and Training Needs Analysis TNA across GCC BPS and ITTech teams to identify AI and digital skill gaps
Develop and implement AI and tech capabilitybuilding programs for Welspun GCC focusing on applied AI automation and productivity tools for BPSbusiness teams
Design advanced technical AIML training programs for ITTech teams covering AI for developers building agents and RAGbased solutions
Create and deliver learning programs that facilitate digital transformation and AI adoption at scale tailored to the specific needs of the audience
Deliver highimpact training sessions on AI Machine Learning ML Generative AI Agentic AI RAG models LLMs and other emerging technologies adjusting the depth of content as needed
Identify evaluate and manage external training partners for topics outside direct expertise ensuring program scope quality timelines and outcomes meet organizational standards
Operate a Learning Shared Service model to consistently deliver AI skilling across all Welspun Group business units
Track and report learning outcomes adoption rates and business impact to leadership ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
