Responsibilities include preparing reports by department, maintaining ratings records, supporting calibration sessions, and aiding in development planning based on assessment outcomes.

• Execute employee assessments at defined intervals (3, 6, 12 months, annual PMS).
• Track timely completion of performance appraisals and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze performance results to identify trends, gaps, and red flags.
• Prepare BU/Department/function-wise performance reports and dashboards.
• Maintain records of performance ratings and quartile distributions.
• Support calibration sessions and prepare summaries for leadership/HODs.
• Assist in development planning linked to assessment outcomes.
• Contribute to Hi-Po identification and succession readiness tracking.
• Generate insights from HR data to support talent decisions.
• Support design and implementation of training and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling of reviews, talent discussions, and training programs.
• Provide administrative support for PMS and talent management processes.
