Qualifications

• Experience implementing PMS processes and KPI setting.
• Proven ability to lead senior management reviews and calibration.
• Strong data reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Set KRA/KPI and oversee mid-year and annual appraisals.
• Lead calibration, bell curve, promotion and increment cycles.
• Conduct performance reviews for staff and senior management.
• Handle PIP processes and PMS MIS dashboards.
