Job summary

Oxyglow Cosmetics Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a digital commerce specialist to manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, drive D2C sales, and coordinate with design, development and marketing teams to optimize the online store.

You will execute product launches, festive campaigns and promotions, monitor conversion metrics, cart abandonment, and customer journey, while coordinating with ads teams and CRM channels to maximise revenue and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, including products, collections, pricing, inventory, banners and content.
• Manage D2C sales and website merchandising, including offers, discounts, bundles and promotions.
• Execute product launches, festive campaigns and promotional activities end-to-end.
• Monitor and improve website conversion rate, cart abandonment, checkout performance and customer journey.
• Coordinate with design and development teams for UX, PDP, landing page and website improvements.
• Coordinate with Meta/Google Ads teams, creative agencies and influencers to align marketing campaigns with D2C objectives.
• Execute WhatsApp, Email and SMS CRM campaigns for abandoned carts, repeat purchases and customer engagement.
• Track Revenue, Orders, AOV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, CAC and ROAS and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cancellations, returns and RTO and improve overall customer experience.
