Job summary

OxyGlow Cosmetics is seeking an experienced leader to own the D2C business in India, driving revenue, growth and P&L. You will manage and scale the Shopify store, lead performance marketing on Meta and Google, and oversee influencer, creator, UGC and affiliate initiatives.

Key focus areas include CRM/retention via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, optimizing checkout and payment mix, and launching promotions to grow AOV.

Responsibilities

• Own the D2C business, revenue, growth, budget and P&L.
• Manage and scale the Shopify e-commerce platform, merchandising and CRO.
• Lead Meta & Google performance marketing with focus on CAC, ROAS and profitable acquisition.
• Drive influencer, creator, UGC and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Develop CRM and retention strategies through WhatsApp, Email and SMS.
• Optimize checkout, payment gateways, COD/prepaid mix and RTO.
• Drive product launches, promotions, bundles, upselling and AOV growth.
• Monitor D2C analytics, dashboards, conversion, LTV and profitability.
• Lead creative, customer experience and end-to-end customer journey.
• Manage D2C teams, agencies, technology partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
