Job summary

Oxyglow Cosmetics Pvt Ltd in Haryana, India is seeking a Digital Commerce Coordinator to manage Shopify operations and lead D2C merchandising. You will execute product launches, festive campaigns and CRM activities to drive orders and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with design, development and marketing teams to optimize PDPs, landing pages and campaigns, while tracking key metrics to improve conversions and reduce returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, including products, collections, pricing, inventory, banners and content.
• Manage D2C sales and website merchandising, including offers, discounts, bundles and promotions.
• Execute product launches, festive campaigns and promotional activities end-to-end.
• Monitor and improve website conversion rate, cart abandonment, checkout performance and customer journey.
• Coordinate with design and development teams for UX, PDP, landing page and website improvements.
• Coordinate with Meta/Google Ads teams, creative agencies and influencers to align marketing campaigns with D2C objectives.
• Execute WhatsApp, Email and SMS CRM campaigns for abandoned carts, repeat purchases and customer engagement.
• Track Revenue, Orders, AOV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, CAC and ROAS and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cancellations, returns and RTO and improve overall customer experience.
