Job summary

Oxyglow Cosmetics Pvt Ltd seeks a D2C leader to own revenue, growth and P&L. You will manage Shopify, merchandising and CRO to scale the ecommerce business in India.

You will lead Meta & Google marketing with CAC/ROAS focus and drive influencer, UGC and affiliate initiatives. You will develop CRM strategies across WhatsApp, Email and SMS, optimize checkout and payment gateways, and spearhead product launches and promotions to grow AOV and LTV.

Qualifications

• Experience leading D2C ecommerce platforms and Shopify management.
• Proven track record in driving revenue, CAC/ROAS metrics and profitability.
• Strong grasp of CRO and merchandising for ecommerce growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the D2C business, revenue, growth, budget and P&L.
• Manage and scale the Shopify e-commerce platform, merchandising and CRO.
• Lead Meta & Google performance marketing with focus on CAC, ROAS and profitable acquisition.
• Drive influencer, creator, UGC and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Develop CRM and retention strategies through WhatsApp, Email and SMS.
• Optimize checkout, payment gateways, COD/prepaid mix and RTO.

• Lead creative, customer experience and end-to-end customer journey.
• Manage D2C teams, agencies, technology partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
