Job summary

Century Plyboards (India) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager – Commercial to oversee end-to-end commercial operations, billing, pricing and receivables while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Plants. The role requires 5–8 years in Commercial Operations or Order Management and a strong background in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.

The position reports to the Commercial Manager/Regional Commercial Head and offers growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with emphasis on accurate MIS

Qualifications

• Education as stated: B.Com with MBA (Finance/Marketing) or M.Com preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Commercial Finance or Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial operations including order processing, billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Plant teams.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and implementation of approved price revisions.
• Monitor dispatch, billing and order execution.
• Coordinate accounts receivable follow-up and reconciliations.
• Prepare debit notes, credit notes and commercial adjustments.
• Handle customer commercial queries.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Monitor customer credit limits.
• Ensure GST and commercial compliance.
• Maintain commercial documentation and support process improvements.
