Job summary

ABDOS Lamitubes Pvt. Ltd. in Jasola, Delhi invites applications for the role of Executive in the Commercial department. The position requires 2–5 years of experience and a diploma or graduate degree, with a salary up to 4 LPA.

The candidate will coordinate with the plant for timely finish goods dispatch, follow up with customers, close purchase orders monthly, and support the field sales team while maintaining accurate reports and invoices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales/commercial coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• SAP MM and SAP SD knowledge.
• Location: Jasola, Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with plant for dispatch of finish goods on time.
• Weekly reminder payment follow-up to all customers.
• Open Purchase orders need to be closed every month.
• Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
• Supporting the field sales team.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
• Timely uploading of invoices on the client portal.
• Download the production report and sales report at the end of the month and share them with the team.
• Sharing forecast with the plant team every month.
