Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meeting / identify new customers in logistics business, lead generation till execution
• Understanding customer requirements, designing and implementing the solution
• Suggest the best solution to the customer and an operationally efficient solution
• Drive / Lead operations / interact with teams, time management and planning, communication skills to interact with different levels
• Solving site issues/customer interaction, single point contact for customer escalations, ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of operational issues for new projects, successful management of operational KPI's with the customer
• Knowledge of the transport industry shall be an added advantage
• Indents for procurement of assets for trials, coordinate with internal and external customers for smooth startup
• Planning and execution

• Monthly Revenue details and expense statements
• After 3 months of customer payment receipt, hand over the customer to the operations team
