Assistant Manager – Admissions

Objective of the Role

The role is responsible for generating student admissions through various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving admissions for full time and executive programs offered by Great Lakes Gurgaon/Chennai.
• Tracking admissions funnel metrics for the assigned programs, and driving interventions wherever needed.
• Counselling the prospective students via calls, emails or in person meetings for admissions into Great Lakes.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to fine tune campaigns related to admissions of the assigned programs.
• Planning and organizing admissions related events such as seminars, webinars or road shows.
• Handling admissions operations like application shortlisting, on-campus registration, document verification etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute
• 2-4 years of work experience in Edtech sales or college admissions
• Good written and spoken English, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power Point and Word
• Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
