Job summary

People Pro Consulting is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – PLC / Automation to oversee automation systems across our refrigerator and washing machine manufacturing lines. You will lead PLC programming, troubleshooting and process automation initiatives to drive efficiency.

The role requires hands-on Siemens PLC/HMI experience, servo motors & drives, and the ability to work in 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC & SINAMICS.
• Experience in PLC programming, Industry 4.0 and communication protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs for manufacturing lines.
