Job summary

Ravproz Industrial Services is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to oversee CNC/HMC/honing and SPM machines in a production environment in Tamil Nadu. You will perform breakdown and preventive maintenance, read complex drawings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives like TPM and 5S.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience, with good team leadership and safe work practices. SAP and MS Office record-keeping will be routine.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in CNC machine maintenance, preferably in automotive engine plants or machine shops.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC machines, HMC, honing and SPM machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of CNC machines.
• Perform machine overhauling and assembly/dismantling of spindles, slides, ball screws, LM guides and hydraulic circuits.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings; troubleshoot Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls.
• Drive MTBF, MTTR, uptime, Why-Why Analysis, TPM, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Manage critical spares and ensure machine availability under production pressure.
• Ensure safe maintenance practices and effective team coordination.
• Maintain records using SAP and MS Office.
