Job summary

Highway Roop Precision Technologies is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to diagnose and resolve CNC and SPM breakdowns, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance according to the schedule. The role includes overseeing shift operations, spare parts, and utilities such as DG sets and RO plants, while ensuring audit-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate has diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with strong knowledge of electrical schematics, PLC programming, and IATF

Job description

Roles And Responsibilities :

• 1. Responsible for diagnose and resolve breakdowns in CNC and SPM machines efficiently.


• 2. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance as per the scheduled plan.


• 3. Manage shift operations and oversee machine spare parts inventory.


• 4. Monitor and maintain utilities such as fire hydrants, compressors, and DG sets and oversee the operation of STP, ETP, DM and RO plants.


• 5. Prepare documentation for audits including IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and internal audits.


• 6. Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and systems.


• 7. Follow up on AMC services for DG sets and AC systems as per the schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC and SPM machinery.


• 2. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance tools and practices.


• 3. Good knowledge in electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.


• 4. Good knowledge in PLC programming.


• 5. Auditing in IATF.


• 6. IT Literacy - MS Office.
