Job summary

Namdev Finvest Pvt Ltd in Jaipur, India, is seeking an ESG professional to help shape and implement the organization’s sustainability strategy. The role involves data collection and analysis, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance across ESG domains.

The candidate will coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Compliance teams to monitor environmental metrics, advance energy efficiency, and support stakeholder communications on ESG performance.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Environment or related field
• 1-2 years of ESG experience
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the organization's ESG strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain ESG-related data and performance metrics.
• Prepare ESG and sustainability reports and disclosures in line with applicable reporting frameworks.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ESG regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Monitor environmental performance, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste management, and resource efficiency.
• Support social initiatives related to employee well-being, diversity & inclusion, health & safety, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams to gather ESG data.
• Track emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Support stakeholder communication on ESG performance.
• Maintain ESG documentation, policies, and records.
