Job summary

Niva Bupa is seeking a motivated ESG & CSR professional with 12 years of experience to support our ESG reporting, BRSR assurance, and CSR initiatives. The role emphasizes a solid understanding of ESG frameworks, data coordination, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports, while supporting research on sustainability regulations and trends.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, consulting, reporting, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of BRSR reporting and familiarity with major ESG frameworks and standards.
• Understanding of BRSR assurance processes and requirements.
• Basic understanding of CSR implementation and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with data, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Commerce, Social Sciences or related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and development of BRSR and other ESG disclosures.
• Assist in ESG data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Support BRSR assurance activities including data validation and evidence collection.
• Develop understanding of reporting aligned with relevant ESG frameworks and standards.
• Assist in planning and implementing CSR initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for ESG/CSR information.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and management materials related to ESG/CSR.
• Undertake research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting requirements, along with good proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and development of BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report) and other ESG disclosures.
• Assist in ESG data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Support the team in BRSR assurance activities, including data validation, evidence collection, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of and support reporting aligned with relevant ESG frameworks and standards.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of CSR initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for ESG and CSR-related information and documentation.
