Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced ESG Senior Manager to lead group environmental reporting and regulatory disclosures, ensuring best-in-class practices and full compliance, including BRSR for the BFSI group.

The role focuses on data accuracy, governance, and coordinating across subsidiaries. You will drive Mega Forest development and improvised cookstove initiatives, collaborating with ESG data owners, IT teams, and leadership at the Pune HO to deliver timely,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in Core ESG reporting in a corporate setting within BFSI sector.
• ESG Senior Manager/Lead experience with a reputed and large corporate/business house.
• Experience of similar role at Corporate/Group Headquarter level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process, ensuring best-in-class reporting and full regulatory compliance including BRSR.
• Lead and monitor Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process, ensuring the best-in-class environmental reporting as per peer best practices and achieving full compliance with regulatory mandates, including BRSR Reporting, for the Group. Additionally, the role requires to lead and monitor the Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.

• Complex Data Management: Navigating diverse data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across 4 material and 6 non-Material subsidiaries of the group.

Educational Qualifications

• Masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or a related field from a reputed Business school or Institution.
