Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai invites an experienced ESG leader to head environmental reporting and BRSR disclosures.

The role includes overseeing Mega Forest development and cookstove projects, coordinating with ESG, EHS and data SPOCs across all group companies, and driving data automation for timely ESG data delivery. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in corporate ESG reporting, with senior leadership experience at a group level, and a strong track record in BFSI

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in core ESG reporting in a corporate BFSI setting.
• Experience as ESG Senior Manager/Lead in a large corporate group.
• Experience at corporate/group HQ level.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process, ensuring the best-in-class environmental reporting as per peer best practices and achieving full compliance with regulatory mandates, including BRSR Reporting, for the Group. Additionally, the role requires to lead and monitor the Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.

• Complex Data Management: Navigating diverse data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across 4 material and 6 non-Material subsidiaries of the group.

Educational Qualifications

• Masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or a related field from a reputed Business school or Institution.

• ESG Senior Manager/Lead Experience with a reputed and large corporate/business house.
