Key responsibilities include coordinating procurement activities, collaborating with project and finance teams, and delivering regular procurement reports while driving cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation procurement across pharma/API/formulation sectors.
• Experience in supplier selection, vendor evaluation and price negotiation.
• Knowledge of new supplier development, source creation and supplier identification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental activities and maintain inter-departmental relationships.
• Collaborate with Project Department to meet priorities and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Handle procurement activities for Electrical and Instrumentation materials.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly purchase reports and annual procurement presentations.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely material delivery per project requirements.
• Support cost optimization through negotiation and strategic sourcing.
