Job summary

Kshema General Insurance Limited in Hyderabad seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to maintain receivables records, post journal entries, and support month-end closing processes.

You will drive compliance with policies, identify automation opportunities, perform reconciliations, and assist internal/external audits. Experience with ERP tools like Tally and Sun Systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Experience in ERP systems such as Tally and Sun Systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of receivables and collections.
• Post Journal Entries.
• GWPMIS.
• Review BRS for claims & premium collections.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
