Kshema General Insurance Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage end-to-end AR processes and ensure timely cash collection. The role involves posting journal entries for commissions, premiums, and claims, and maintaining accurate receivables records.

You will work with ERP tools such as Tally and Sun Systems, support monthly MIS preparation, and participate in audits and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Experience in ERP systems such as Tally/Sun Systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, collections, and cash application.
• Prepare monthly MIS and review journal entries (commission/premium/claims).
• Review reconciliation of premium deposits and BRS for claims & premium collections.
• Support compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; identify automation opportunities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

• Overseethe complete accounts receivable cycle,collections, and cash application.
• Maintainupdated records of receivables and collections.
• Reviewand posting of Journal Entries (commission/Premium/claims).
• Reviewand reconciliation of Premium deposits if any.

· Preparation of monthly MIS.

• Reviewof BRS for claims & premium collections.
• Claimspayment reconciliations.
• IRDAreporting for commission/Premium/Claims.

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensurecompliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatoryrequirements.
• Identifyopportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Participatein internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
