Job summary

Healthkart is seeking an Assistant Manager SCM to join the Central SCM team in a fast-paced operation. The role emphasizes Supply Chain & Logistics management, tech integrations, network design, and optimization of cost and TAT with a strong focus on customer experience.

The position requires 5+ years in logistics/supply chain, leadership ability, and solid MS Office skills. The incumbent will driveLean/Six Sigma initiatives and collaborate with Ops, Tech, Product, Finance, and HR to meet KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelors qualification is must, Management is a plus.
• Experienced working in Logistics/Supply Chain for more than 5 years experience.
• Good Leadership skills and Team Handling exposure
• Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office
• Must have good presentation and communication skills
• Keen on closing the requirements in time, punctual and dependable in terms of fulfilling all requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic programs across Last mile Operations and Dark Store fulfillment operations to improve efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross- functional stakeholders (Ops, Tech, Product, Finance, HR) to define project scopes, KPIs, milestones, and success metrics.
• Analyze large sets of operational data to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Drive process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce turnaround times, improve SLA adherence, and enhance throughput.
• Play a key role in expansion and capacity planning, especially during peak seasons
• Network Designing and Closely working with Product/Tech team for Integration to make customer experience better

Role: Assistant Manager SCM

This position will be a part of Central SCM team and will be involved in several important facets of business - Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Tech Integrations, Network Designing, Logistics Cost and TAT Optimizations etc. All of this is to be achieved with a special focus on Customer experience while making sure there are no compromise on cost and Hygiene
