Job summary

FM India Supply Chain is seeking a skilled individual to lead the implementation of supply chain projects in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The candidate will coordinate efforts with various stakeholders and develop comprehensive project plans to ensure efficient delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics is required, with an MBA/PGDM in Operations preferred. The role demands excellent coordination skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Develop project plans and monitor progress.
  • Conduct requirement gathering and process mapping.
  • Implement SCM solutions related to logistics and procurement.
  • Support ERP/WMS/TMS implementation.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Prepare project status reports and updates.
  • Conduct user training and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Implement SCM solutions related to warehousing, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Support ERP/WMS/TMS implementation and integration activities.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.
  • Conduct user training and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
