Overview

We\'re currently looking for experienced professionals from the Tyre Manufacturing Industry to join our Technology Division for the role of Assistant Manager – Curing Technology (Heat Engg.) at our Dahej plant.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to: Process Owner
• Thermocouple & Blow Point studies for new size releases and nitrogen curing
• Cure cycle optimization, compound development & bladder trials
• Scrap & defect reduction through process improvement
• New curing press industrialization & nitrogen cycle validation
• Daily troubleshooting in tyre curing operations
• Supplier trials for bladder paint, mold lube & curing materials

Qualifications

• B.E. Rubber Technology OR B.E. Mechanical Engineering (with tyre industry experience)
• SCADA analysis for curing operations
• Strong knowledge of tyre curing & heat engineering
• MUST HAVE: Candidates must have experience in the Tyre Manufacturing Industry
