Designation - Rubber Technologist (Manager /Sr. Manager)

Location - Binola (Gurugram)

Department - R & D

We are seeking a Rubber Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and improving rubber formulations, conducting testing and analysis, and providing technical support to ensure the quality and performance of rubber products. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our production processes, optimizing material usage, and meeting customer requirements .

Preffered Candidate

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates having Post Graduate Course in Rubber Technology (PGDIRI) from Indian Rubber Institute are highly desirable.

Experience :

Min. 15 Yrs. working in the rubber industry or a related field, preferably in rubber compounding, materials testing, or product development.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of rubber materials, compounding techniques, and processing methods. Proficiency in rubber testing equipment and methodologies. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
