Responsibilities include leading PFMEA, Control Plans, and preparing work instructions, with focus on continuous improvement and waste reduction. 2 years of relevant experience and a BTEC in mechanical/polymers are required.

Co-ordinate technologicalactivities of Compound mixing, Extrusion, Calendering, Cement mixing, Bead& Bias in shifts which includes, implementing specifications / processsystems, process trouble shooting, process review for continuous improvement,support to manufacturing on scrap / waste control and or efficiencyimprovement, implementation of specification changes and evaluation &disposition of non conforming materials. Implement actions for cost reductionand reduction of tyre adjustments. Plan and organise area acivities related toTechnical development/experimental/trial production. Coordinate process audit/controland validation activities. Review of test data. Management of PRT items. Sentnecessary MIS reports. Lead CFT for preparation of PFMEA, Control Plans andWork Instruction.
